She is a co-founding partner in Agora International LLP, a boutique international disputes law firm, which she co-launched after spending most of her career in major Canadian business law firms Torys and McMillan. She regularly sits as an independent arbitrator, both in international and in domestic Canadian cases, and is a member of the Arbitration Place NextGen roster of arbitrators. She is the current Chair of the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee.
Myriam studied law at the University of Ottawa; legal translation, jurilinguistics, political science and philosophy at McGill University; and translation and teaching English as a foreign language at the University of Toronto.
